Pork was really tender and flavourful but the sauce and caramelised onions were too sweet for my taste. Found the potatoes nestled at the bottom to be quite bland as well.
Duck could be more tender and the meat seemed overcooked for a confit. The sauce was a total miss for me. Resembles something very creamy and lemony which I think would suit a dessert better. The wedges served on the side were really good though!
Lamb was tender and the black pepper sauce complimented it well! Noodles could be cooked for slightly longer but other than that, a rather satisfying meal.
