Dessert

This dish is good for anyone who needs a cooling & refreshing dessert.

The shaved ice is great! It melts in your mouth almost immediately. The shop gives quite a generous portion of shaved ice. The mangos are also really sweet and just the right degree of ripeness.

My only qualm with this dessert is that the mango sauce tastes of artificial flavorings.

This goes for $5.50, and can be shared by 2-3 pax.

The ice cream is light yet tasty. Absolutely loved it. However, the waffle is only mediocre quality - would have preferred if it was served hotter and crispier. This waffle are for those who prefer soft waffles.

The almond honeycomb topping is heavenly!!! Full of a nutty taste and coated with honey & sugar - tasted great with the ice cream.

Would only come back with the 1 for 1 promo, as the portion size is not very large.

When I took my first bite, the cheese was a little too strong for my liking and I had been hoping for a stronger matcha taste (given that I’m an avid matcha lover). But as I continued eating, the taste grew on me and sort of tasted like a matcha cheesecake in a cold cream form. Disclaimer: This soft serve is not for those who like intense matcha in its purest form.

Besides the interesting taste, the texture is to die for - soft, smooth, and creamy. It had just the right amount of creaminess.

The price is also relatively worthwhile ($3.90 for a cone/cup), compared to one small cheese tart ($4.20).

Would definitely come back for more if I wanted a cold, refreshing dessert with a hint of matcha!
