My long over-due visit to @shakeshacksg for their Limited Edition ShackMeister menu that feature the Fried Shallot Burger - stacking with their 100% Angus Beef patty for this Ultimate experience to the tastebud... and double patty was the way to go 🥰

*the shallots were marinated using the ShackMeister Ale, coated with flour, cayenne and paprika evenly before frying it...

I had half and start to feel Jek Lak... but at this hour I am missing it again 🤣🤣🤣 contradicting feels... do u feel the same?

I am so spoilt by choices here... Especially when all sliders were just as good... If you Really want me to choose among all, I would go for their Cult Tots and I really can just have this EVERY day! Love their special spicy buffalo sauce. And the American Dream - love the chewy waffles 🧇 and the combination overall - Harmonious, this is the first time I would op for a chewy one, I do usually like crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside just like me... hahaha... Had recently tried this Ba Zhang that I can say is my TYPE, love lean meat wrapped within it, just to share some background of @ that is founded in 1948, now run by third generation, Ryk Chew. Hoo Kee Bak Chang is the only bak chang stall in Singapore that has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

When most businesses are now using machines and robots to produce their product to increase productivity, Ryk Chew(owner) is still insistent on keeping the old traditional way of hand-making bak changs to ensure their quality and taste remain of high standards, in additional they also support Corporate Social Responsibility by employing older generation age between 59 years old to 74 years old...

They also have been awarded by @makansutrasingapore numerous times and was featured by @ieatishootipost in Dr Leslie Tay's food reviews - my idol

Love this so much... OOS islandwide... This lovely friend here bought this to the office to share... Is excellent... Not weird at all and impressively about it is that personally I felt is better than any of their original taste... Or maybe coz I am a Singaporean so local coffee and toast just taste so good 😆
