The famous Qiji popiah was juicy and delicious. Must get the one with chili.

Ever since Gindaco closed in Ion, this became my fav takoyaki. Only available during certain Japan fairs at the supermarket. Too bad they didn’t have the egg mayo version. Very fresh octopus.

Freshly fried and very hot, with the lovely aroma of truffle oil. Came with a mountain of shaved Parmesan cheese. I asked for mayo, which was excellent with the fries.

The smell of their Nasi Lemak and chicken wings was so alluring. But I needed to restrict my diet and this was healthy. Delicious too. I decided this would be my vege intake for the day.

This was another very yummy flavor. Popular with kids. Saw people ordering this while I was in queue. Choc was $2, I added almonds for extra $0.50. Not too sweet. The almonds were crispy and fresh.

Found this bakery still opened at 11pm when the rest of KK hospital was a ghost town at night. This made to order waffles was crispy outside and fluffy inside. At first I only ordered peanut butter ($2), but then I saw them topping up a jar of almond slices and decided to add that in last min. Add $0.50 to the price of peanut butter waffles. Quite a generous amt of almonds for just $0.50.

This was 8 pcs for $12. Extra $0.30 for takeaway. Basically the 8 were 4 wings and 4 drumlets. Took the picture after eating one wing. Very well fried. Not oily. Quite juicy. Not dry. Delicious.

Quite oily upon reheating in my oven. But it was delicious as only fried chicken could be. Sauce was good. Not too salty.

Great little snack to go with my Kopi!

What a gigantic portion this was! Further weighed down by luxurious melted cheese and creamy mushrooms. The fries were freshly fried and very crunchy. Utterly amazing. From Burger Buddies stall.

From The Katong Laksa stall. Very flavorful very Lemak. Not terribly spicy. But don’t eat this before the Laksa. It will make the laksa gravy taste bland.

They don’t sell the fish otah for this small size so I got the salmon otah. Surprisingly good. Not as spicy as the banana leaf fish otah. The salmon meat was quite generous and I could chew the chunks and really taste the salmon.
