My IG food journey
Very thick and filling. They also have other unique sets of breakfast like kaya bread but we like this the best.
Around $10+ with a cup of coffee. We rate this 7/10. A bit pricey.
Quite good. About $8.00 we like the crispy prata.
Pork satay should comes with a small piece of bbq fat and this stall has perfected this art. Each pork satay stick would have a small piece of crunchy fat.
This 10 sticks is $6.00. We rate this pork satay 8.5/10. Better than all the satays at Newton.
the gula melaka is generous, the green desktop and the coconut milk makes this sweet dessert a favourite among the diners in the food court.
The service is ok. Elderly uncle who works quite fast during peak hours. The food court has other Malaysian favourites like chilli pan mee and prawn noodles.
The chicken here is soft and tender. not too dry compared to other restaurant. we recommend to eat with this garlic naan
Overall 8/10. The set here is less than $20. A good place to have prata too.
This is pork with egg. Around $18. it is cooked with sesame oil. This chain of restaurant comes from JB.
Overall we rate this place 7/10. The pork ribs soup has small pieces of bony pork ribs.
But this is one of the nicest we tasted.
The serving is just nice for 2 persons. We like the small pieces of carrots and the rice is fried to golden and very tasty.
The service is top notch in this top Chinese restaurant. We rate this dish 8/10. This is a dish one should order.
Here in this cosy family like restaurant we like this fatty char siew and thus missed vegetable dishes.
This char siew is one of the best fatty char siew in Singapore. It's around $15. The sambal vegetables consist of different types of vegetables.
It also has KL Hokkien mee. Overall we rate this 8/10. Good for family dining if you can stand the oily dishes.
one of the popular stall at the foodcourt. The fried chicken has crispy skin and the piece is large. We like the lady fingers.
The braised pork unfortunately was too hard and rubbery. We saw other dishes which look nice too.
This set cost around $8. A bit pricey for food court price. Rating 7/10
This is their beef ball which is soft and juicy.
The other dishes like noodles are the typical Hong Kong type noodles and the wanton is big and juicy.
Overall we rate this place 7.5/10. Good place for family dining.
This is one of the most popular mid range sashimi restaurant in town. The outlet is very small. all counter seats and by 6pm the seats are all full.
This set here with 2 slices of watermelon cost $24. the sashimi are thick and juicy. Quite fresh too.
Overall we rate this place 8/10
the dining area is big and lots of stalls to choose from
The rosti with sausage here total around $16 is one items we always order. The potatoes are pan fried to crispy outside soft and wet inside. A few choices of sausages we like this garlic sausage.
Overall prices is similar to western restaurant but we like the wide variety of choices and cosy environment. Just remember not to lose the smart card as it's needed to pay before you exit.
Went rate this meal 8/10. Good to come again.
