from how they gut the eels till dipping them in sauce after grilling them, this was more like a museum than a restaurant :’)

Gyutan set was definitely the star of the night, although some pieces were slightly tougher than others. Well seasoned and highly recommended. Mackerel was not bad. Not as tasty but bf liked it :) I thought it was not spectacular for the price. The sashimi (16.90++) was super worth it and pretty fresh too!!
