The waffle was crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, as all good waffles should be. We got the Nama Chocolate ice cream, which proved to be a wise choice with its rich chocolate flavour. Quite a clever flavour idea. Would get this again!

The honey mango was really sweet. I love that they use natural colouring from pandan leaves and blue pea flowers to get tri-coloured rice. The green, blue and white colours are so pretty (even though they all taste the same).
Pricey, but perhaps one of the best I've had in Singapore.

This is their seasonal special. Layers of chocolate cream and chocolate sponge with a blueberry filling and macaron. I really liked this! The chocolate cream was so creamy and light - it almost had the texture of whipped cream. I didn't even realise it was chocolate at first because of how delicately airy it was. The blueberry compote was a little too tangy for my liking, but there wasn't much of it, and I was happy to resume gobbling up the rest of the cake.

I previously tried their milk soft serve and really enjoyed the light, milky texture. I got the chocolate this time as it is a seasonal flavour I've never seen before.

Much to my dismay, it was everything the milk one was not. It had a really weird spongey, foamy texture - imagine biting down on melted styrofoam. The chocolate taste was faint. The texture really threw me off, and the lack of flavour didn't help. I don't like to waste food, but I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

Was delighted to see this make a comeback recently. A light sponge topped with buttercream, pipings of coloured jam and nuts, the Old Polar was perhaps my favourite cake - until prices rose from $18 to 23 to $41 (and now only available online), and became too steep for my occasional self-indulgent treat.

I loved the sugary buttercream so much I bought 3 of these. I hope this becomes a permanent item.

It's a dairy-free soy ice cream.

I got the Oreo Cookie flavour and the Original Soy. Was expecting the oreo flavour to taste like cookies and cream, but it tasted NOTHING like. I ended up preferring the Original Soy flavour instead, as it has a lighter taste and less of a beany flavour than the Oreo Cookie.
Really recommend giving the Oreo one a miss. Just get their tau huay or rice balls if you're craving a treat.

To me, this used to be a close second to BAKE in terms of flavour and my #1 go-to for affordable cheese tarts. However, after moving to their new location at Mid Valley Southkey, they've diversified and are now selling cakes and bread in addition to cheese tarts.
As a result, I think the tart is no longer as amazing as I once thought it was - mainly because they're no longer warm when served. It would make a world of difference if they heated it before serving.

I have to admit I'm not a huge matcha fan in general, but I could tell that good quality ingredients were used. I loved that the cupcake was moist and dense, and how light the buttercream was. I find most frosting wayyy too sweet but this was perfect! Creamy without being too sweet at all.
I was also really impressed that every cupcake had a different frosting design. Thanks to @dave.bakes & @sixpotsofhoney for this giveaway and these yummy treats 😋 My family and friends loved them!

I've wanted to try this for a long time because it comes in affordable small slices.
Not very nice. The cream is quite tasteless and the raspberry jam is sour. Not fluffy and sweet as I expected. Do yourself a favour and get a kaya butter toast instead. 😂

Super unimpressed with this new ice cream. It's basically a hot fudge sundae at McFlurry prices. Swipe right to see 2nd pic! There's soft serve, hot fudge (the same one they use in their chocolate sundae) and some kitkat bites. While I love hot fudge sundae, this was marketed as a "kitkat" ice cream. The only thing kitkat about this ice cream were the little kitkat balls that were lau hong already.

Got the Fave promotion to get this at $3.50 instead of the usual $5. Love the generous portion of frozen yoghurt and sauce even though this is their smallest portion. Simple and good!
