Though this is a bowl of ramen made from lobster broth,i like how they marinated their chicken! Tasted damn good. Broth was clear and not too salty too.
Price:$15.90

Lobster meat was chewy and fleshy. Noodles were QQ in texture. Broth was not too salty as well.

Delectable bowl of yuzu shio ramen by Afuri.

Broth was light in taste and I managed to finish all of it! The wheat noodles were springy and al dente! The cha shu was a bit hard and dry though. Overall, a nice and healthy bowl of ramen.
Price:$15.90

Cheap and nice truffles ramen in town area! The truffles sauce tasted really strong and noodles were really springy! Sauce is a bit salty though. Would be better if it is less salty a bit.

Price:$6.90

Tasty ramen. Cha shu is a bit too hard to bite though.

Price:$16

Scallops lover should definitely order this bowl of ramen.. despite how unsought after ajisen ramen is compared to other ramen chains in sg, I find that they have improved over the years. Its still not too bad overall especially with the ramen set with sides and drinks - definitely value for money.
Price:~$15+

Chabuton's ramen is not too bad overall.

They name their ramen as spring, summer, autumn, winter. Keisuke has always been one of my favourite ramen chain in SG!

Machida shoten is located at the japan food town at wisma atria. Noodles were thicker in version, and it was smooth and springy. Chashu was tender and juicy, and the egg yolks were runny.

Ajisai ramen at hokkaido marche. Overall not too bad, broth was sweet and not too salty. Cha shu was a bit too hard though. 50% off with jpassport till end of month. Value for money!

Price after discount:$7.50

Menya musashi's smoked duck ramen. They serve rather thick ramen. It would be better if their japanese soft boiled egg is not overly cooked.

Here is the first Halal-certified Hokkaido-style ramen restaurant in SG. I like the thin and long noodles which resembles the hakata style ramen. Value for money too as it is priced at $9.90. Will definitely visit again for their other ramen dishes.
