[MEDIA] SONS deserves credit for its tasteful presentation of its dishes, like this Duck Leg Confit with Cannellini & Cherry Tomatoes [$26]. While the golden crispy skin is delightful to crunch into, it is however let down by the dry meat within. A touch (or a few) more of moistness in the meat would have done the trick.

[MEDIA] One of the pricier items on the menu is also one of the richest. This Roasted Foie Gras is layered atop king oyster mushrooms for added textures. Served with dry ice, it certainly looks like a dish sent from the heavens.

The Lobster Roll [$45++] gives you bang for buck as it’s stuffed to the brim with fresh, chilled lobster claw meat generously slathered with Japanese mayo. A must try if you want to experience what a real lobster roll should be. 🀀

Original Lobster [$65++] is available steamed or grilled. Each serving is full of tender, succulent lobster meat that falls off the shell perfectly. πŸ˜‹ And the lemon garlic butter adds some zest and flavour.

Salmon Skin Chips ($11.90++) looks like one of your run of the mill fried fish skin snacks, but it’s not. Made from skin that is cut away from the coffee smoked salmon, this appetiser is garnished with goma aioli, avocado couli, and smoked salmon purΓ©e.
