It wasn't as oily as the picture showed which was good. The noodles were rather cold so I poured all the soup that came with it onto them. This basically made it into a normal ramen with lesser soup. And boy the soup was goooood! Although it was lukewarm, it was certainly not a mistake getting this as there was a slight sweetness and garlicky flavour with a burst of crunch in every bite/slurp thanks to the generous amounts of pine nuts and crushed walnuts.
I added on the flavoured egg (which was slightly overcooked) and also peeled myself a normal boiled egg (freeflow!) but surprise! There was an onsen egg hidden underneath the chicken!
About the chicken, don't worry. Yes, it's chicken breast, but no, it's not dry and tasteless. It was tender and delicious! Felt like I was eating a thigh piece.
Certainly a must-try, especially since you won't miss out on the delicious soup!
$12.90 + $2 for flavoured egg

The soup was thick and super flavourful with the right amount of spiciness! The addition of the beansprouts (which are freeflow) and the sesame seeds that we crush ourselves make the soup even better! The sesame seeds and and oil from the beansprouts make the soup sort of nutty, almost like peanut butter AND SO GOOOOD! I looooved it!
The best thing about this was the chicken thigh which was so tender, it fell of the bones. It was so easy to take off the flesh with the chopsticks.
The egg yolk looked glassy clear and tasted perfectly flavoured and salty. Additional charge of $2 for that but you MUST get it! The better egg from most of the Keisuke outlets.
This is definitely one of the best ramen places in sg! This dish without the egg is $13.90.
You can choose the level of saltiness, texture of noodles, amount of oil and whether you want anything removed from the dish.
So far this is DEFINITELY my favourite ramen in sg but it was so rich, I couldn't finish it.

$6 with egg ($1). Was rather decent at it's price! Worth a try!

This was mildly spicy! Good enough for those who really cannot take spicy food. If you can, go for level 3 and above, it's fine. I was trying to add this to the Somerset outlet but this app keeps tripping so I just added to the star vista one. At $12.90, this doesn't come with the egg. You will have to add it on separately at $1.80.

The broth was thick and strongly flavoured. A little too strong and crabby for me. I prefer the normal tonkotsu soup ramen but this was still a good experience. Portion was huge. Really enjoyed the free flow of bean sprouts and boiled eggs.

The pork belly was so good!!! The noodles and the soup too!! Not the best, but for the 1-1 promotion, TOTALLY worth it!!! Tried the char siu one before, didn't like it. But the black garlic soup is good too πŸ‘
