Mum cooked up a storm for CNY as we hosted, with pig trotters (!! Tender fats that melt into bliss), pig intestine soup, veg and we also bought danggui duck. All i helped to do is eat though i wish i can cook this well one day :-)
Always enjoyed this homemade feast, especially my mum's handmade dumplings with prawns and crunchy garlic inside. And with more liao, the soup just gets sweeter and more flavourful. Homecooked food is the best
Kimchi broth feat mandu and shiitake mushroom. I love one pot dishes and finally cooked for the fam! Its part of my new year resolution to cook and eat clean, happy food - and here's one of my fave dish :)
Cooked tomyum from scratch with the friends and I relished every bit of it. Cooked two versions of it and I prefer the sour tomyum without the condensed milk. The thai egg omelette is also way too good!

Sunday is filled with hotpot warmth and my favourite ingredients: shiitake mushroom, lean collar pork slices. + some adventurous ones: kale and fish head. Can't stop sipping this soup (bought on ezbuy at a deal of 2 for $4.80). All is gute.
Home cooked cheesy pasta!!! Baked it with Gouda and Mozzarella cheese, though it doesn't taste savoury enough. What cheese would have been better?
