Must try the Flat Iron Wagyu! So full of flavour 😋
Tried the Supreme Prawn Noodles which was the complete package - it came with juicy prawns, tender pork ribs, thin sliced shabu meat, tobiko prawn ball and lala clams. Price was on the higher end but the umami-flavoured soup combined with the seafood-y peppery broth really brought the dish to another level. It was served piping hot in a claypot which was particularly shiok on a rainy day😋😋
Ordered the grass-fed ribeye which came with a choice of 2 sides. The preparation time was longer than expected but it did not disappoint as the steak was nicely seared to a medium doneness which remained juicy and tender. There were a few selection of sauces to go with the steak too. I recommend the chilli cheese fries which were crispy and thick cut potatoes!
For desserts, I opted for the recommended "Apple Blueberry Cobbler" which was a home-made apple crumble topped with ice cream! A sweet treat with buttery notes to end my dining experience!
Melt in the mouth goodness! Tried the onglet cut and an interesting side - creamed kale! Totally worth it and made my belly really happy!
The ramen was served piping hot and we didn't have to wait that long. The Red King was very spicy with the highest level of chilli (Level 5), and the Black King was full of squid ink flavour - great for a seafood lover like me! #burpple
