New tea place on Burpple Beyond. It’s affordable if you use burpple beyond, otherwise I think it would be rather expensive.

Fragrant tea, and sweetness level at the recommended 30% was just right for me. Found out online that it is grey because they use bamboo charcoal to flavor the tea.

Waiting time to collect the drink can be quite long during lunch period.

Got this on burpple one for one.

Initially, wanted to get it with cereal milk, but sadly they ran out of cereal milk and was in the process of making a new batch so I just got it with regular milk. The drink was smooth and slightly bitter, and enjoyable on a hot day.

The place is tucked away in a little corner in a small shop that doesn’t have a lot of seating space but still really cute.

Thought of trying this on a weekday morning as it seemed really value for money.

However, my recommendation would be to don’t get coffee here!

I waited so long for the iced americano, and there was only 1-2 people ahead of me, waiting for their orders as well.

The drink was overly diluted, and not nice.

This is a well-balanced cup of coffee, not acidic to taste and delicious.

There is a rhythm about how the entire place runs, with the constant buzz of the coffee machine and background chatter of the customers.

They don’t advertise this but you can request at the counter for a loyalty card that allows you to accumulate stamps per order.

I read other reviews that essentially said that Teabrick is known for its kombucha.

But the pu-erh milk tea was one of the promotional items.

I ordered it with 25% sugar. Didn’t particularly enjoy this, as the pu-erh and milk didn’t go very well together, and there was bitterness from the pu-erh.

This was a delicious cup of coffee, the coffee was sufficiently strong with the milk being light bodied. It was perfect for a hot day outdoor dining setting.

The ambience of Toby’s estate invokes a very chill vibe and it’s simply a place you can chat and relax at on a Sunday afternoon.

The lattes at Tiong Hoe are really tasty! Seldom would describe coffee like this, but that’s the first word that came to my mind. It was very drinkable and they were placed in really pretty ceramic cups. The taste of the coffee beans wasn’t overpowering or overly acidic but blended very well to create a nicely balanced cup.
