Tender mid joints tossed in sambal unagi sauce. This one pales in comparison to the rest in the WOW department. The wings are still tasty, but I’d want it with more sauce.

Fries topped with squid ink cheese, mentaiko, seaweed flakes, onsen eg , dried sakura ebi and chopped scallions. I’m absolutely fine with mushy fries, so this worked for me a 100%.
