The Royal Secret Recipe Smoked Duck ($80 whole, $40 half) is in itself a feast for your senses, initially presenting itself within a lid for a mini spectacle show with smoke flowing out and around the duck upon releasing the cage. 🤩

Cooked over a smoking process that makes use of a range of specially picked tea leaves, the skin of the duck comes in an elegant, glistening orange-red with a pleasant smokey flavour, while the tender and succulent meat possesses not hints of gaminess. To be really honest, I am not much of a duck person, but Blossoms left me really impressed with their smoked duck that is so pleasingly flavourful, and all the more enjoyable with the dips provided! 😋
