Ice cream chain in Okinawa. Available almost all the time at touristy spots. They have a wide variety of flavors!

Combination of blood orange, kiwi and banana! Love the blend of flavors from the tartness of the blood orange to the creamy banana and the sweet kiwi!

Look out for local flavors like Okinawa salt cookies, Beni-Imo (purple sweet potato), Okinawa Ta-imo cheesecake (yam cheesecake), blue wave (Ramune soda ice cream swirled with chunky pineapple).

Unagi is grilled to perfection! Each skewer for ¥300. Loved the giant grilled crab sticks 😋

Unfortunately the grilled fillet had some scales on it. Which is a major no no for me😣

Delicious dinner in a cosy setting with attentive staff. Our dinner went really well with the drafts, they have a couple. We got the Orion draft beer, suntory premium malt’s draft and the suntory premium black draft.

Dishes we tried: The deep fried chicken with Okinawa tofu tartar sauce - this was really yummy, the sauce is very unique. The peanut flavored tofu was unusual and had a mochi like texture. Then there is the thick sliced grilled of tongue, charcoal grilled Okinawa Motobu Wagyu Beef, which is not great considering it’s a more premium cut. There is the charcoal grilled Atka mackerel, Wagyu Beef Black curry rice with cheese in stone bowl, seafood salad, Okinawa style fermented tofu (red) - very interesting, taste like red wine! Perfect snack with beer - grilled Ray fun strips.

All for ¥3,000! Super creamy, melt in your mouth oysters!! Whelk, scallop, prawn sashimi and otoro! Such good value for the quality. Don’t miss this!

One of the best pumpkin paste I’ve eaten! Super rich and smooth. Better than mama bakery (which is my fav in SG) Oh, I would love another one but this is a one man show bakery so every option available comes in limited quantity 😭 I’ll just remember this taste

Crusty exterior with a subtle taste of sweet potato. Not bad! I like this better than the traditional brown sugar flavored ones. They have a good variety of banana, cinnamon, pumpkin, white sugar etc.

Petit boulangerie (little bakery) with a wide selection of freshly baked breads. Tried a couple and it was consistently soft and fluffy with high quality ingredients

Battle between the two sweet potatoes! It’s a tough one.... both are sweet and firm. So why choose when you can have both! 😝

Really yummy salad! Loved the lightly seared beef slices and the massive pile of shredded cabbage underneath. The dressing was refreshing too!

Opted for rare on the doneness of both cuts. Rump was slightly on the tough side, not great. Good thing the tongue turned out to be a lot better, juicy and tender. The overall experience was okay apart from the fact that they wanted to charge us for the whole grain mustard
