All About Korea Cuisine
($17.80)
(2 for $5) I also add on 2 kimchi mandu. It's one of their best selling side dish. The dumpling skin is not that thick and just nice texture. I prefer kimchi flavour over original one.
($18.50) I decided to order as it's one of best selling main w noodle. But it's quite warm and plain texture for soup broth for me as I was just recovered from flu and sore throat. But the chicken texture was tough and plain especially chicken breast. The texture for knife cut noodle was not that bad or hard and got chewy texture. They included rice with garnish and seasoning; banchan (kimchi & pickled daikon radish); free flow barley tea.
($5) we shared add on as most people will be order kimchi mandu before ordering their mains (noodle). I felt that kimchi mandu was a bit spicy aftertaste.
Soft Tofu Stew
($12.90) tofu (big) > kimchi
Kimchi Stew
($12.90 w egg) kimchi > tofu (small) this is my first time dine in at rolling rice after takeaway their rolling rice so many times to home. They give a lot of ingredients inside the stew. They got unlimited side dish for miso soup and kimchi.
($6.90) I finally tried their ramen after trying their rice and bibimnoodle since my friend always order this most of time. But I find that their ramen was quite hard a bit and still got "q" texture. Pork was quite tough texture tbh.
($14.99) I just felt that it was too salty for me tbh as even though they just give one serving pax for hotpot. Kimchi tasted slightly sour but not that spicy aftertaste. They use shabu shabu meat but the meat texture flavour was quite tough and hard to chew through.
($11.50) its much expensive than another korea store at fortune centre. But I felt that it's a bit spicy for me. But then they give a lot of ingredients such as tofu and pork. They give side dish (in a random) if u order set meal instead of ala crate.
($6.50) I felt that they changed owners and whole menu. The menu was quite limited tbh. I felt that it's quite meh for Bibimbap as it's non-spicy sauce was not that nice and given less so I thought of.
($13) I did enjoy their pork maw being processed so clean and also not much bad smell. Pork Maw was quite chewy and not that hard in texture.
Myeongran-jeot
($9) I felt that it's more salty and savoury side dish that I have tried tbh. like salted marinated fish egg as I don't really like salty taste.
($21) this is more thicker broth than clear broth. We decided to try different variations to see the difference only.
