Finally passed by Bishan after a long time again. Joined crowds for buying Injeolmi Red Bean Bun ($2) from Hulurk Myeon House @ Junction 8 (Bishan). I just go there and need at least 5 to 10 mins for releasing bread around 4.45 p.m. I felt that Injeolmi Red Bean Bun was really taste like soya bean but also their red bean was too little tbh. Need to put inside fridge for cream bun after buying there. 😅

Army Base Stew ($15.90) It consisted of SPAM (Luncheon Meat), sausages, instant noodles with kimchi soup and melted cheese topping. My sister she didn't see melted cheese but just melted away on the soup lol. We felt that it's quite so-so only (nothing much special about it) and like the food was quite salty aftertaste. The pricing was quite standard. Kimchi Pork Belly Stew ($15.90) consisted of sliced Pork Belly, fermented Kimchi, tofu and vegetables include rice. Crispy Samgyeopsal with Creamy Scrambled Eggs & SoyYuja Sauce ($13.90) was quite good in terms of creamy scrambled eggs and also their pork belly (crispy skin) got sour (due to vinegar) but salty towards the end. I realised that their side dishes (banchan) got only 2 sets for 3 people. Good thing about their Kimchi Pancake ($10.90) consisted of savoury kimchi and sweet onions was quite crispy and that not spicy for me.

Sesame Soontofu (non-spicy)($19.90)

consisted of hot stone rice and side dish. I felt that vegetables (broccoli and zucchini) covered up the taste of the Soontofu and a bit of sesame flavour aftertaste.

Grilled Chicken Combo consisted of soontofu (size s) and hotstone rice ($27.90) can be choose between spicy or teriyaki sauce. I found teriyaki sauce to be waterish at bottom of the pan. But the chicken was chewy and enough teriyaki sauce topping.

Got free Fried Dumpling got minced pork and korean glass noodles (Japchae 잡채) ($12.90)

Side Dish consisted of deep fried yellow fish (Got sweet taste), pickled cucumber, seaweed, Kimchi, fermented squid and freeflow corn tea

Gangnam Corndog ($4.50)
My friend and I went to view iLight Journey finish and noticed a korea shop called Gangnam Corndog. I heard it before when I visited Korea and I think I saw it before at Myeongdong Street Food Area. I didn't have a chance to try it at that time. My friend she want to try it out since having Cheese Corndog is also her favourite food and also resting for a while at there. I decided to try original gangnam corndog without sugar topping for whole experience. My friend she decided to try it out Mozzarella Cheese but I realised that top of corndog have cheese but bottom have hotdog. She like cheese-related food but for me, I just prefer normal hotdog bread without toppings. I really like hotdog-related food because its having comfort and satisfied feel inside it.

A decent and comfort hot and spicy ramen soup that you feel cold during raining season.
