All About Korea Cuisine
($6.50) I felt that they changed owners and whole menu. The menu was quite limited tbh. I felt that it's quite meh for Bibimbap as it's non-spicy sauce was not that nice and given less so I thought of.
($13) I did enjoy their pork maw being processed so clean and also not much bad smell. Pork Maw was quite chewy and not that hard in texture.
Myeongran-jeot
($9) I felt that it's more salty and savoury side dish that I have tried tbh. like salted marinated fish egg as I don't really like salty taste.
($21) this is more thicker broth than clear broth. We decided to try different variations to see the difference only.
($21) I wanted to try their rice soup very long time but they need to do reservation so I don't understand until I went there. They got limited tables and also control serving on daily basis to avoid overcook too much also. I also like their clear soup so much tbh but then their sliced meat was quite thin and chewy in texture and also not that hard I expected that.
($6.90) I finally tried their ramen after trying their rice and bibimnoodle since my friend always order this most of time. But I find that their ramen was quite hard a bit and still got "q" texture. Chicken was quite tough texture tbh 😅
consisted of original and kimchi flavour. A lot of people ordered this with cold noodle. It's one of their best selling side dish. The dumpling skin is not that thick and just nice texture. I prefer kimchi flavour over original one.
($7.50) I felt that their sauce was mild spicy but a sweet note aftertaste. I alr tried their different food since last year. The bibmabab got a lot of vegtables such as bean sprout, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, chicken and seaweed. It come with side dish (kimchi & anchovies) and free flow miso soup with purchase of any mains.
Grilled Saba Fish + BBQ Chicken
($8.50) I finally tried their BBQ Chicken with Grilled Saba fish (best of both worlds) for people who wanted to try different two sides instead of one side. Their BBQ chicken marinated with sauce was quite tender and not that hard. Fish got really freshly cooked taste and coated with sauce.
($7.50) I didn't expected that they didn't come with meat inside the kimchi soup. They got tofu and also kimchi. I felt that their soup got quite light texture and also mild spicy for me. I realised that I was going back for their korea food too since last year.
($5.80) The sauce for bibimbap was quite ok but not that spicy. The meats (pork) was not bad. But their side soup was quite weird tbh.
($7) I felt that it's not that nice tbh but still ok bc of the serving size was quite a lot. The meat was slightly hard but the chili sauce was super duilted :")
