Not the most photogenic dish but perhaps the best dish for this dinner - uni was hidden below the pile of seaweed. Strange that they use seaweed to power the whole dish - but luckily it didn’t taste too weird

Gotta be the worst dish here ever, and probably the worst dish I have tasted at an Italian restaurant in Singapore. The pork collar tasted so burnt. Can't believe I paid $40 for this.

Stuffed with truffles inside, but I didn't quite like this dish. Big enough for 2 people to share.

Really surprised at how well this Halal Italian restaurant does their Margherita Pizza. Such a simple pizza yet so so good. Authentic Italian pizza that even got the stamp of approval from my Italian friend!

Filled with beef cheek, fondo Bruno, shaved parmigiana on top. The pasta skin is thin here!

Spinach pasta, ragu Bolognese, aged parmesan. The sauce tasted a bit similar to the meatballs so it didn’t wow us that much, but still good nonetheless.

Best vongole that I have tried in Sg besides the one that I had at the now-defunct Angeleno. Cooked al dente as well. Would come back for this and order the bigger portion which is $34.

The brisket meatballs were so so good. Meat was soft and I could taste the meat is every bite. Accompanied by tomato paprika sauce, gremolata, parmigiana. Never quite a fan of meatballs but definitely turning into a convert after having this!
