Tucked away at the side of Shaw Centre on Orchard, Hans IM Gluck serves burgers and salads that standout for consistency and quality. Patties are juicy and fixings are fresh. Can order burger “naked” for those who avoid carbs. Can order the party pepper crusted for those who like it with a bit of kick. One of my favorite keto-friendly restaurants.

First time visit to habitat by honestbee. Shop for your groceries while you dine on some gourmet food at the same time. These pancakes at Poofy by Riz Labo (a shop inside Habitat) are very fluffy. Worth a try.

For those looking for a keto-friendly healthy alternative on the west side, look no more. Create Kitchen is a hidden jem in Savourworld where you can create your own meal. Choose a protein (or two), base, and 3 veggie sides. Very tasty and healthy. Closed on Sundays. Always quiet (except weekday lunchtime crowd) and ample parking.

Salmon is one of my favorite proteins at Create kitchen. Great place for those on the west side looking for a make-it yourself healthy meal.
