western fud π½
super yummy sandwich :-) beef pastrami was tender and oozing with juice! the thinly shaving of the pastrami added a really nice texture and made the sandwich light and tasty, rather than heavy and greasy (like what you would get in a cheeseburger). the swiss cheese complemented the beef fantastically, and the sandwich was toasted to golden brown perfection. also comes with coleslaw and pickles, which helped cut the grease of the sandwich!
only gripe would be that this is really pricey!! but so yummy π and perhaps they could have served a more generous portion of pickles?
shop space is a little small but really nicely decorated with vintage vibes and artsy decor

this was so good! brisket was smoky and tender, smoked to perfection, while the cheese complemented the meat well. the bagel was stuffed with ingredients, moist & delicious. gets a bit messy once you start eating but thatβs all part of the fun right ππ

steak was tender on the inside with a crisp crust on the outside thanks to a good amount of char. there were some fatty bits as well, which were chewy and bursting with flavour π€© definitely some quality steak here. not to mention the sides β the baked potato, topped with bacon bits, was really tasty as well!

fish was very fresh and cooked beautifully β soft on the inside with crispy edges. it was wonderfully flavoured with pesto and parmesan cheese without being too heavy for the palate. a lovely alternative if youβre sick of the usual fish and chips.
sides were decent, if not underwhelming β sweet potato fries were slightly too skinny and soft for my liking and the grilled tomatoes were what you would expect.
$10 (student meal with drink) | 8/10 for the fishβ¨
soups were thick and creamy. pumpkin soup was your average pumpkin soup, mildly sweet. tomato soup was slightly sour and very flavorful, think I like this better than the pumpkin. π«
we got the sets that came with sides, which were pretty good! really enjoyed the tomato cheese briowich, the buns were fluffy and soft while the cheese was really tasty. the mushroom soba noodles were quite good as well.
came up to around $10-11 per person after gst & service charge. not bad overall, a very filling meal. good vegetarian options. π±
