Fans of beef 🐄 should not miss The Steak Shack ($35++), which features a hearty plate of Australian grass-fed striploin (200g) 🥩 grilled to perfection, served with Australian asparagus, sautéed mixed mushroom 🍄, creamy buttery mash potato 🥔 & roasted garlic bulb. Comes with a choice of Herbed Butter 🧈 or Red Wine Mushroom Sauce 😋.
Indulged in the signature Tiger Prawn Capellini ($28++) at @aliceboulangerie! 🤩 Featuring springy tiger prawns 🦐, angel hair pasta 🍝 cooked in their secret prawn stock, cherry tomatoes 🍅, coriander, basil & chili flakes, you just can't go wrong with this! ✨️
Also tried their Creamed Spinach ($12++) 🥬 & munched on their French fries ($9++) 🍟 - always good for sharing.
Risotto de poireaux ($26++): a vegetarian & gluten-free rendition 🌱, this risotto of leeks, baby carrots 🥕 & tomatoes 🍅 was slightly tangy & pretty light on flavours.
Porc iberique grillé ($44++): my favourite dish! 💯 Their grilled Iberian pork secreto 🐖 was really tender with a pinkish centre 💗, perfect with their flavourful beans cassoulet & tomatoes 🍅. Meatilicious!
Confit de canard ($38++) 🦆: the duck leg confit was really well-executed - especially loved the crisp exterior! 👍🏻 Saw many other reviews that it was saltier than usual so I came mentally prepared 🤭 The accompanying Sarladaise potatoes 🥔 was so good too!
Fans of coffee ☕️ will be delighted with their Espresso Patronum! ($18++), a milky blend of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, milk, espresso, Kahlúa, sugar syrup, finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder 🤎. For something fruity, go for their Sour Jack ($18++) 🍸, comprising Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple 🍎 & Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire!
Thoroughly enjoyed their signature Oriole Smokey BBQ Wings ($16++) 🐔 - so tender & flavourful! Finger-lickin' good! 🤤
You ought to check out Jack’s Apple Ribs ($32++) too! 🤤 The Canadian pork ribs are fork-tender, owing to the 13-hour steaming! 🐖 Braised in a housemade sauce made with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple, tomato sauce 🍅, barbecue sauce & tabasco sauce, this was tasty! 👍🏻
Making heads turn is Jack’s Flambé Burger ($32++) 🍔! Featuring brioche buns sandwiching crispy bacon strips 🥓, Monterey Jack cheese 🧀, creamy onsen egg 🥚, a housemade tomato jam 🍅, coleslaw & shredded pork braised in a housemade sauce, look forward to the flambé of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire! 🔥
Their Jumbo Prawn Noodle in Claypot ($36++) was a highlight for me! ✨️ Featuring braised Chinese rice noodles (bee tak mak) in an irresistible sweet-savoury sauce with the fragrance of crispy pork lard 🐖, minced pork, huge prawns 🦐, this was easily my favourite dish of the night! ❤️
