Wanna munch on something? 😋 You can't go wrong with their Trio Platter, which features gold coin bak kwa, ngoh hiang & fried beancurd skin. These made the perfect snacks really! 💕

Their Hakka Sauce Handmade Noodles is my ultimate FAVOURITE! ❤ Besides the pork lard-coated handmade noodles 🤤, this plate delights with a generous topping of black fungus, coriander, spring onion, fried onion, fried pork lard, minced pork 🐖, ikan bilis & Tong Sum century egg 🖤! It is a flavour burst in every bite! 💯

Looking for small bites? Try their Golden Chicken Wings 🐔 ($12/6pcs) - crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside! 🤤 Especially love the glaze of honey sriracha 🍯🌶 which made it a flavour burst! 💕

Do you fancy a cup of hot moCHA? 😉 Time to sip on one to welcome the weekend! ✌🏻 The rendition at @baomakers ($5.50++) is a decent one - smooth & aromatic coffee ☕that is not too acidic, & a dose of chocolatey sweetness! 🍫

Exclusive at Bao Makers, be sure to try their Passion Grapefruit Tonic ($7.50++)! 🌟 Made with fresh grapefruit, orange 🍊, passionfruit syrup, yakult & tonic water, this was pretty refreshing! 😋 Alternatively, their Lychee ($6++) or Watermelon Cucumber ($6++) 🍉🥒 were also the perfect thirst-quenchers.

Tried 1 of their new creation - Orange Mountain Tea ($5.50/M, $6.50/L)! 🍊 Made with oranges imported from Taiwan, it encompasses a generous serving of chewy orange pulp! 👏🏻 Like it citrusy & refreshing! 😉
.
Also tried their signature Oolong Tea Latte with Pudding & really liked it! 💕 The caramelised egg pudding was sweet & smooth, pairing well with the fragrant Oolong tea ☕ & creamy milk. 🥛

Steamed Tapioca with Salted Coconut ($7): they no longer sell Red Ruby & ran out of Mango Sticky Rice so I had to settle for this! 😂 Liked the firm yet soft texture of the tapioca 🍠, coated with sweet syrup & balanced with the slightly salty coconut milk 🥥. Pretty enjoyable! 🤤

Crispy Thai Wing ($8.50): these savoury deep-fried mid-joint wings were very well-marinated & crispy! 💕 Enjoyed it with the  sweet chilli sauce or even on its own! 😋

Khao Kha Moo ($12.90): featuring slow-braised pork knuckle chunks 🐖 with fresh herb, garlic & chilli, served with steamed jasmine rice & gooey molten egg🥚, I like how tender the meat was but it can be more well-braised imo. Overall still good! 👌🏻

Minced Pork Drunkard Noodles ($9): this may look unassuming but trust me, they pack some robust flavours! 💯 Featuring strips of flat rice noodle stir-fried with hot basil & Thai bird's eye chilli 🔥, I believe they have toned down on the spice level - more palatable to the masses! 👍🏻 I like it very much!

Basil Pork Rice ($9): Wok-fried with hot basil, garlic & freshly chopped green & red chilli 🌶, this was our favourite dish! ❤ The flavourful minced pork 🐖 with a perfect sweet-savoury balance paired so well with the
steamed jasmine rice 🍚 & sunny side fried egg 🍳!

Im a mega huge fan of @jollibean_sg peaNUT pancakes ❤❤❤ Who loves these too?! 😉 This is one substantial mee chiang kueh - chewy rice flour dough with a THICK slab of their specially-whipped signature peanut paste! 😍
.
Its filling really sealed the deal for me. ✔ You can taste the explosion of both savoury & sweet 🥜 in every bite - crunchy & sandy texture just the way i like it! 😋 Together with the lightly fragrant golden-brown exterior & fluffy chewy interior, every bite is guaranteed to be a delight. 💕
.
At $1.70 a slice, this seemed to have shrunk in size by at least 1/3 (is it cuz of COVID losses 😔) but taste-wise it still satisfies! 👌🏻
