This place is famous for their pork chop rice and noodle but recently they also started serving Lu Rou Fan and Fish Soup noodles (by the same boss under the same shop compound).

The Lu Rou Fan here is so good. A tad oily but that’s fine if you don’t have it everyday. Since the boss is Taiwanese, so this Lu Rou Fan is really compatible to the ones you get in Taiwan. Except that the meat is bigger in pieces here, instead of the more minced kind in Taiwan.

Portion is seriously big for $5. Give them a try if you are in Bugis area next time.

Opened by Hong Kong's 'Demon Chef' Alvin Leung, this place surely lived up to its expectations! The slow roasted duck can actually rival the Peking duck at Imperial Treasure, and the calamansi bun is super soft. I like the fact that the duck did not taste overly salty even after it turned cold.

Long Beach does their Black Pepper Crab so well. Not even kidding when I say that this is the best black pepper I have tried in Singapore. Super fresh and sweet and succulent crab meat. Go to Jumbo for chilli crab but come here for their black pepper crab.

Homemade bean curd here is so good it's a must-order when you are here in Jade. It's soft and you can still taste the soybean freshness

Came back to Jade for their lobster noodles. Perhaps I left it in the cold for too long, it didn't taste as good as the first time I tried. Nonetheless, the XO sauce is still good and the lobster is very fresh and yummy.
