For the love of noodle (and Peranakan foods)! We tried Dry Laksa from one of the best Peranakan restaurants in Singapore, Violet Oon.

What makes it different from the regular Laksa? Well, as the name suggests, it is dry. The rice noodle is tossed in laksa pesto with beansprout, tau pok, and prawns. You can really taste the spice of laksa but itโs not too strong. What we like about this dish is that the noodle is fully covered in laksa pesto making it so flavourful, it makes a big different from eating regular laksa. And the prawns, they are so so fresh. Definitely recommended!
