The beef patty was thick and plump, yet juicy and succulent. With added truffle mayo to beef it up, the burger was packed with tasty meaty flavour in every bite. Probably one of the best burgers I ever had. 🍔😋

A Classic American cuisine specialising in waffles and fried chicken that it's without doubt I had to order their famed chicken-waffles dish. The fried chicken had a light crispy thin coat of batter that was flavourful and not greasy. The meat was moist and tender, a noteworthy especially for the breast meat. Waffles were a bit of a letdown as it was soft and non-crisp, but drizzled on the bourbon maple syrup, with its sweetness and deep oak flavour that complimented. The spiced chilled watermelon cubes were super refreshing and it balanced my palate after all the richness of the food. A very decent portion for its price point. 🍗🍉

The beef patty was well seasoned and grilled to medium-rare doneness. Topped with truffle oil, the patty was nicely charred and juicy, and retained the tenderness with a strong meaty flavout. A darn good truffle burger I would say.

A carnivore lover platter made up of lamb chops, marinated beef, chicken skewers, merguez sausage & Italian sausage served with rustic bread, mint yogurt and black pepper sauce. The beef stood out the most as it was grilled perfectly to medium rare, and it was tender and flavourful by itself. The lamb chops however were done too raw that the meat was tough to bite.

Featuring the Original Wolf and the Truffled Mushroom Beef, the set came with two servings of fries and soda. It was far beyond an average happy meal as the Truffled Mushroom Beef was delicious. The house-made beef patty was juicy and topped with melted Gruyere cheese, the savory flavour mixed well with the sweetness of the caramelised onions. Served on fluffy golden burger buns and with the aroma of truffle oil fusing through, it is 100% quality and 100% satisfying my burger craving without having to break a bank! 🍔👍👍

The chicken wings were well-marinated and served hot with a level of crispiness that produced a "crunch" with every bite. The inside texture retained its juiciness with a tasty finishing touch of the sweet honey taste. Much loves!

This deep flavourful dish came with huge chucks of beef cheeks on a bed of creamy truffle mash potato. Doused in a rich sauce, the meat easily fall apart when pulled though it fell short of the melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Intrigued by the idea of a "beef" substitute made from plant protein, we ordered this instead of the truffle fries. First impression was that it definitely looked as good as real ground beef. The "meat" had the texture of real beef meat, but I could not taste the flavour and beefiness as the cream sesame dressing overwhelmed any taste of it. And if there was supposed to be a kick to it, I sure did not taste any chilli in it. Overall a good plate of loaded fries but could be better.

Butcher your lunch with steaks grilled over hot coals. The steak was served with potatoes, plum tomato and mesclun salad, accompanied with my choice of bearnaise sauce. There were two other sauces available - miso with red wine jus and coriander verde. The steak was tender but not much flavour, of which the creamy and buttery sauce played a part in enhancing the overall flavour.

The pancake was made up of freshly shredded russet potatoes and lightly fried to a beautiful shade of golden brown. The thickness was just right, and it was crispy while the inside layer retained its softness. It came with a pair of cheesy sausages that added flavour to the overall dish. By far the best rosti I've ever had.

One of the must-have carnival grub. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the wings are glazed with Peri-Peri and Sesame BBQ sauce. The peri-peri glazed wings were sour and super spicy while the sesame bbq ones were sweet. An absolutely crunchy business with nachos and all going down well with a can of cool beer. Shiokkk!!!

A lunch special on The Grill Lab's menu. The plate was filled with so much flavours and texture in one setting. The griilled dory had a firm and flaky texture, and seated on a bed of roasted baby potatoes that were lightly charred. The tamarind sauce gave it a tangy taste while the cauliflower puree served as a side was smooth and creamy. Not forgetting the freshness from the mesclun salad and the added crunch from the crackers. Although the potatoes were on a saltier side, this is absolutely worth every dollar and a very satisfying lunch special!
