Tofu and Meat cooked in Szechwan sauce. Sadly, I couldn’t try it but it looks so good!

Chicken Curry Puff

Has this little mini icecream as the final dish at the Michelin Guide Street Food Festival over the weekend. Took the Hokkaido milk flavour because all the other flavour they had were apparently “bitter”. This flavour was simple and not over the top sweet, which is good. I likes the smooth, soft texture of the dessert! 🍦

I was so so so impressed with these Szechuan Wontons. They were just the right amount of spicy and so light. I think could’ve easily had 2-3 more rounds of these. Definitely want to go to their restaurant and try it out.

Im so used to having chicken wings at fast food joints I had no clue they could also look like this. The chicken wings you see in the picture were quite a treat but not meaty enough, unfortunately. The chicken was cooked really well and had an amazing smoky flavour.

Ate this at the Michelin Guide Street Food Festival.
Freshly fried churros with dark chocolate sauce to dip. If you are looking for a quick and not so heavy dessert, then this is it!

Ive never eaten Paella with cream cheese and this time when I did, I really did enjoy it. I ate this bowl of delicious paella at the Michelin Street Food Guide Festival. It was being cooked right in front of us so it was fresh, hot and tasty when served. The rice and meat were perfectly cooked and mixed and had a great flavour!
