We also had the medium rare sous-vide steak paired with sweet potato fries (they give you more fries if you are not a fan of rocket leaves salad). The sizeable 250g steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, well-seasoned and ridiculously juicy - everything you want in a good ol' steak.

Those sweet potato fries were seriously the bomb and came fresh, fluffy and crispy. The delightful tango of savoury and sweet flavours were on point(e).
