ITALIAN & WESTERN FARES
Wagyu steakhouse burger ($29) features a wagyu patty, bacon, crispy onion, steak sauce and roasted garlic aioli. A solid burger with medium rare doneness.
Carolina burger ($26) came with a layer of pulled pork on top of the beef patty! enjoyed this a lot
Old fashioned ($24) burger came with shiitake mushrooms and caramelised onions
swapped the usual fries for onion rings and sweet potato (i love this) and also paid $2 for a salted eggs sauce which paired so well with the fries
this delivered the stretchy cheese effect !! came served in a smoky chipotle tomato sauce
korean BBQ and texan BBQ drumlets and wings!! korean bbq had this sweet and spicy touch. wings also came with the buttermilk dill
rosti still my favourite. chose the cheesy chicken sausage and the veal sausage which were both good
that carbonara was okay, maybe more bacon would be better
love this becom aglio olio
i personally preferred the crab mafaldine over the carbonara rigatoni. the crab pasta had a stronger taste profile which was on a saltier side. similar to lobster bisque
the carbonara could do with more ingredients
love the soft fluffy dough and stretchy cheese!! came topped with onions, pineapples and spicy chicken chunks
this was slightly underwhelming. pizza dough and crust were good but the flavours were not matching up.
Tagliatelle pasta, Marsala wine and Parmesan emulsion, Wagyu beef, shaved black truffle
pasta portion could be more, beef cubes were really tender and i enjoyed the cream sauce!
an assortment of seafood and veggies served w a lemon mayo dip. seafood include prawns, squid, whitebait and soft shell crab
craving for pasta so we went for the Mafaldine cacio e pepe served with a fried egg. pasta and the black pepper cream sauce was good. the hamburg, however which was a $8 top up was a disappointment. it was rather tough to cut it and also tasted dry. it was also heavily seasoned with salt as well 😕 so yes, pls just skip the patty
mushroom risotto was a September special which was not bad!
opted for a side of calamari which was a good choice. it was crispy, not oily and easy to chew!

was slightly bumped when they ran out of mashed potato at around 12? when it’s like the peak lunch time. also thought that their mains which did not require a top up was rather limited - grilled chicken or fried chicken. fried fish required a top up of $3.50 and $2.50 for pulled beef. pretty limited sides such as corn, mac and cheese and fries for us to choose from as well. some sides such as potato salad and chicken rice required a 50 cents top up
would i eat this again? maybe. their mac and cheese wasn’t fantastic. i prefer aston’s kind of shell macaroni as it can hold more cheese. fried chicken was okay.
