This was thick but a bit too chunky but fresh!

It doesn't melt in the mouth at all but more of a hard, firm texture. Would suggest to skip.

Tried their premium sashimi platterm fresh, thick cuts. The salmon belly especially really does melts in your mouth. It was soooo good.

Let the chef torch it for you and enjoy fresh, lightly salty Saba fish.

Abit too salty for me but those who like Saba alot enjoyed it. No overly fishy taste, pretty fresh. The torching is definitely an IG worthy experience!

𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐡𝐚 𝐆𝐲𝐮-𝐃𝐨𝐧 ($𝟐𝟐.𝟓𝟎): lightly seasoned beef with onsen egg and Japanese Rice. Served with Miso soup.

Beef is okay tender only, perhaps cause we took too long to take picture. Might taste better if you eat it once it's served.

Crispy, fluffy coating that was still crispy after we took some time to shoot. The meat within had a nice, firm bite. Definitely worth it at this price point!

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝟓 𝐌𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 ($𝟑𝟓): the whole torching your own Wagyu experience was fun and definitely something different. Lightly salted, it brings out the sweetness of the beef and melts in the mouth. Super shiok!

Chunky slab of cod. Slightly salted. The meat is firm but not hard, has a good texture to it.

Overall, it is not bad 👍

Their makis are amazing. Very fresh and tasty. The sushi rice also doesn't disintegrate 😉 Must order!

Sweet and umami Japanese Teriyaki. Chicken was cooked to perfection and very tender too.

🍍 𝙐𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙞 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 - Fragrant fried rice with a burst of garlic and strong wok hey.

🍍 𝘿𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙖𝙠𝙨𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 - personally I find the sauce too salty but it does have the consistency of chilli crab sauce dip but with Laksa flavour. The deep fried Mantou is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Very happy with it 👌.
