@Hansimglueck_singapore is a Burger Grill & Bar hailing from Munich with 4 outlets in Singapore. I loved how their interior was decorated to resemble a forest!

I had Hans im Glück, which is their grilled beef burger with parmesan cheese, parma ham, rocket leaves, and balsamic vinegar. Also ordered Geselle, the grilled chicken breast burger topped with bacon and parmesan sauce. I loved both burgers!😍 They look simple, but the flavours and ingredients work well together. Even the chicken breast was so tender.💯

For the side dish, I’d recommend getting the sweet potato fries or salad with asian dressing. Both were really good! The Chocolate Cake and cocktail (Goldstuck) I had were satisfying too.👍

My favorite dish from their menu would be the Seafood Cioppino: a full lobster with broth prepared with prawns and clams. Flavourful and rich!😍

The way they presented the Burrata Cheese was interesting, with a syringe filled with basil sauce jabbed into the cheese. Very instagrammable!😂 The Crispy White Bait was a good starter and we couldn’t stop snacking on it.🤪 The Mala pasta could be spicier I suppose, but the level of spiciness should suit the local tastebud.

My personal favorites are the Pulled Duck Pancake and the Madeleines. The Madeleines combined with Houjicha dip was the crowd favorite, such a nice dessert to end your meal.🥰

Serving a wide range of dishes from curries to sharing platters, I was spoiled for choice!😋 My favorite dish was the Chicken Korma Curry, very flavourful and went well with the pilaf rice.

I also liked M&S Cafe’s Cheese Board, nicely paired with a glass of white wine. Another one that I’d have again is the Bircher Muesli, good to have when I want a filling but healthy breakfast.

A few months back, they underwent a major renovation to change their look and menu. Now the decor and ambience are more modern and hip. •

Their new menu is pretty innovative, serving dishes such as Modern Lu Rou Fan, Mushroom Buns (the filling is chocolate!), and Black Sesame Lava Cake. The last one is probably my favorite among the dishes, it’s pretty unique that a bak kut teh restaurant serves lava cake.
