Know the code & the courtesy. Newbies will always try and Chope their seats against the ugly stares & flares of those in queue. By the time, you are salivating over your chosen plate, a space opens up.

Long queues are worth the delicate way they have mastered the art of the Roast & White Chicken.

The old maxwell road OG moved here over 8 years ago and he is still rocking the family recipe despite removing beef brisket from the menu. Even the braised kailan & mushrooms are exceptional.

A selection of dishes that ebb & flow with your arrival times. No repeats except for their pork chops & fried cabbage, their mythical one-off dishes (luncheon meat cubes, pork ribs & potatoes etc) prove a worthy challenge for every explorer that wants to unlock the mysteries of the Grail

Everything home-made. Delicious gravy, chilli, braised duck, fish cakes and Teochew tamago . Enough said

Now a second generation Nasi Padang place I’ve been raised on since a teen. Fantastic flavors and a fried chicken specialty best eaten when it jumps out the wok. Fragrant Beef Rendang & curries, you will never go wrong with a plate piled high with the variety of items

Chef Ben has a following wherever he goes. I have been eating this since I was a teen, when his Dad used to cut the chicken. Amazingly aromatic. The flavor bomb combo of rice, chicken & Chilli is unbeatable.

Love the selection of natural artisanal wines, charcuterie and cheeses. The evening vibe and surroundings are perfect from the Norma harsh bar surroundings
