Made using egg custard filling spiked with Taiwan-imported black sugar, but the usual tapioca pearls are replaced with chewy black sugar muah chee cubes

Made with bubble tea pearls, little marshmallows, mozzarella cheese topping, and brown sugar milk tea sauce, all happily marinating on top of a pizza crust
.

Comes in a 10-ounce cup
.
Features skimmed milk yoghurt, served with specially sourced Japan strawberry-infused boba pearls and sauce
.

A soft sweet bun with milk tea and pearl fillings

Consist of red tea jelly cubes, tapioca pearls and milk cream
.

Filled with beancurd, grass jelly, ai-yu jelly, black pearl, taro balls, mini taro ball and milk ball
.

Croissant filled with gula melaka cream and tapioca pearls
.
The croissant was flaky but a bit burnt though while the gula melaka cream added a nice sweetness
.
And as usual, the pearls were soft and mushy
.

Soufflé pancakes drizzled with oolong tea sauce and topped with gula melaka boba
.
Soufflé pancakes were light and fluffy
.
The oolong sauce had a nice bitter earthy flavour whereas the gulak melaka boba had a good amount of sweetness
.
Definitely one of my favourite boba-inspired desserts
.

Milk tea flavoured ice cream with real tapioca pearls

I could taste the milk tea flavour from the ice-cream as it is quite prominent
.
And surprisingly even after frozen, the tapicoa pearls is still quite chewy
.

Brown sugar sponge cake filled with chewy pearls and bright coloured buttercream on top for that ice gem aesthetic feel
.

Gula melaka sponge filled with mascarpone cream and tapicoa pearls
.
The gula melaka sponge was quite cold in the middle and the pearls were mushy
.
And I couldn’t really taste the gula melaka flavour
.
A bit disappointed by this dessert though
.

Gula melaka boba and sea salt custard cream on charcoal toast
.
The charcoal toast was really bitter and dry but the sea salted custard cream somehow complement it a little
.
And as usual, the pearls were mushy
.
