Review:
Situated along Rangoon Rd with an big bright red rice bowl "饭" with shop name "铁饭碗" that's a hidden gem that you should visit.

My favourite of all is their lor bak with the just right amount of fat to meat ratio with consistently tender. Yummy 👍🏻 Their smoked salmon was my second favourite which had a distinct briney taste yet complements well with the rice.

Unique dish to try out will be their Mala Pork Collar which I find it a success! With the fragrance of mala flavour and numbing feel, it felt that I am eating 小辣 🌶️. Shiok 😋

Between Rice and lamian, ordering any of which you will definitely not go wrong! Strongly recommend to add on 63⁰ Egg for an extra flavour and texture.

Overall, I will recommend adding this to your bucket list and further more there's a "No rice no problem, more meat for you!" option which is great for more side dishes 😏
