The peanut one also could have been more generous but this one wasn't as moist so the whole thing was a bit dry

Honestly, a decent option but not the best because the area is cold and the Kueh isnt made on the spot, so they had to make it "harder" instead of "crispier" as they leave it out there. The dough similarly isn't the super soft kind.

The chew of the Kueh was not bad, there's a bite which I'm not a personal fan exactly but still good. The surrounding batter has a cold crunch.

Shredded coconut was v moist, almost slightly wet. Could have been more generous w the filling tho

Their standard isn't maintained, was disappointed for 2 consecutive times

As you can tell, the chocolate filling was empty in the middle. Nice fruitiness to the chocolate sauce though

The custard was fine, not v sweet nor Impressive but they weren't super generous w it this time.

Seems like my favourite branch's standards is not consistent unfortunately

Normally 3.3nett, bundled w the custard is 5

The cranberry is v mild and it's quite interesting when you combine w the ckn. However I feel in general eggwiches with the egg taking up half the volume is not v worth it nor tasty as it should be(not enough of the other ingredients)

Idk if it's even Kueh ambon tbh cos there's a fermented alcoholic taste. Not quite sure if it's meant to be this way

Both pieces were complimentary, so nice of them.

Not super crunchy tbh, I guess it's crunchier than those soft ones but not as crunchy as Amos. The cornflakes were wispy but very crunchy

PS their signature soya cake replaces milk w soya milk, and according to them is much lighter and less sinful

The eggless cookies have a unique bite. Its somewhat harder than normal and there's a slight crumble, doesn't shatter. Slight hint of gula melaka, not super my thing but the uniqueness clearly proves to be popular with some

I didn't really like this. The texture was passable but it's only mildly savoury, not much flavour.

Absolutely delicious. The pumpkin filling was smooth and incredibly sweet. Elsewhere, the faint spices of the hae bee comes thru. Maybe my favourite Kueh here

Still the best I've had. The umami punch is incredible from the hae bee and the slight viscosity adds to the umami impact. Not to mention the crunchy bamboo shoots

Opposite of yam, I liked this but my brother didn't. U can tell from the colour it's different from normal, somehow it's juicier but not as intense in flavour as normal gula melaka

Would travel for food
