Pasta Supremo
β Mushroom & Black Truffle Cream ($4)
β‘ Creamy Ricotta & Spiced Nuts ($4)
β’ Bak Kwa Jam ($5)
β£ Cheesy Cheese AF (4-cheese) ($5)
Note: Stuff on bread with 4 flavours are an excellent option for sharing while I find their mushroom & black truffle cream is the most outstanding one.
Surprisingly my favourite of all is their Vege Wege pasta which didn't look that photogenic as compare to prawn olio olio but it definitely tasted better than it looks with distinctive flavours with curly pasta made with butterfly pea flower (supposedly blue in colour) π
Note: Cross between panna cotta and mousse with
Caramelised pistachios
and Homemade financier. A perfect light dessert to end off the comforting meal.
Note: For spicy lovers, do order their crackling Chicken Skins coated with spice mix and if that's not enough, you can add on their secret spicy powder πΆοΈ
Note: Made with Grade A3-4 wagyu, 80g per portion. Savoury taste that is value for money! π
Note: Spaghetti is made with activated charcoal powder, black in colour. Smoky marinara made from rendered bacon fat and pureed
tomato. There is deep fried pork lard as garnish too! I personally finds it flavourful best for sharing.
Latest addition to their menu!
Note: Somtum Pasta that's refreshingly light, served chilled replicating Thai salad in a way that I personally find it amazingly good ππ»
Latest addition to their menu!
Note: "Chicken Rice" Pasta, it's actually chicken without rice π With tender chicken meat combined with pasta plus chili and ginger localised the dish and further enhanced the flavour!
Curly pasta made with butterfly pea flower, blue in colour (insta-worthy!)
Note: πΆοΈSpicy dressing made with Sichuan peppercorn and garlic
with Prawns sauteed in garlic, umami tobiko, and lap cheong. Mala lover should definitely order this!
