a lil atas
Who said you canât bring the atas life home?......Proper plating elevates the experience! Was surprised at how good the food looked AND tasted. The separate components were all separated nicely into boxes - sweets, savories and scones so the food mostly came well intact despite them being so small and dainty! The overarching theme seemed to be pink & rose making it perfect for Motherâs Day!! :-)
*this is a portion for 4!!
Love me a good risotto and this one was REALLY GOOD!!! Creamy without being too jelat, the portion was just right and didnât leave me feeling overly full.
Ok to be honest the first taste didnât wow me but as I ate somemore the meats rlly grew on me and the wantons (both the boiled and fried ones) are so good!!! They are stuffed to the brim w ingredients and the fried ones arenât oily at all so yay but found the noodles a bit dry???
W o w ..... was honestly so impressed by 1. The speed at which the food came 2. The aburi salmon that was plentiful (good rice-salmon ratio!) and the 3. Price!!! Really super worth it with beyond and if you like salmon this is the bowl to order. Really cooked so nicely :â) tried my friendâs unagi bowl and it was not bad too!!
All was good until I reached the halfway point of the dish and it got too overwhelming but I think for cheese lovers this should be no problem hahaha. Crisp top (rather salty), and the macaroni was generously slathered with melted cheese so it was A LOT OF CHEESE
At first taste the linguine tasted like prawn mee (without the soup) because its flavor was so rich and almost creamy (?). Thought it was going to be very jelat but it wasnât!! The lobster was done up really nicely too, cooked firmly and was sufficiently meaty and juicy!!
