Ramen And Udon
Creamy white sauce with thick, chewy udon ($16 with Burpple Beyond). Noodles were a little too starchy for my liking but the sauce was smooth and flavourful. Uni was a little too small in portion.

Had the Katsu chicken dry ramen 1-for-1 (roughly $8.50 per person). Noodles were of just right consistency and moist. Katsu chicken was generous in serving and succulent as well. Despite having no soup, this concoction still trumps most traditional soup ramen in Singapore. However, char siew was a little dry and nothing special.
4/5
After-movie casual dinner with crab ramen. The broth was a little repetitive and the noodles were nothing special. Char siew was too thinly sliced also. Overall not amazing, but free flow eggs and beansprout was pleasant
