The ππ‘ππππ π½πππ ππ£π π½πππ πππ‘π‘ π£π€π€ππ‘π π¨π€πͺπ₯ (~$7.80) definitely doesnβt skimp on ingredients. I know I should be raving about the beef but the chilli here is REALLY something. Thick, consistent and not too sweet, I loved coating the bouncy beef balls with it.π

Without a doubt one of the better beef noodles, simmered in a herby light broth. Not sure if it was this day but my beef was overdone, and missing the tender pinkish colour I was looking forward to π«

πΎπππ§ ππππ¬ πππ£π©π€π£ ππ€π€ππ‘ππ¨ (~$4.50)β One word: indulgent. With layers of melt-in-your-mouth fattiness embedded within the fibrous lean meat, this char siew had both soft and hard textures to it. Its shiny sweet exterior gave the perfect minor crunch before you sink your teeth into the inner layers.π
-
The wantons were sufficiently meaty without the whole over the top wanton skin, allowing you to appreciate the meat rather than its covering. π₯

As for the noodles, I liked how QQ it was, though the chilli got me π€ͺ

One of the more silky and smooth CCF skins Iβve had, this CCF had an amazing textureπ€€ Ordered 1 roll of Charsiew (~$2.50) and prawns (~$2.50) since you had to order >1 roll! ππ¦ Ingredients were in substantial amounts but I must say the shrimps were lesser than my usual CCF haunt (itβs cheaper as well) π€¨
The sauce was quite satisfying bc it wasnβt Super salty, but rather quite light and not as oily!
.
THE CHILLI WAS BOMBZ AND TBH MY FAV PART OF THIS DISH !!!! πΆπΆπ²π₯Shrimp flavour was strong and it really added so much flavour to the sweet sauce and I really LOVED IT π Even if you donβt take spicy stuff...,. you gotta take the chilli....

Prawn Mee Soup (~$5) was warm and comforting, with 3 huuge juicy and fresh prawns inside π¦π€© Meat came out from the shell easily which made eating it so much easier tbh π€ͺ
.
However the prawn broth was pretty anticlimactic βΉοΈ Expected the broth to be much thicker and have more of a shrimp βtasteβ but it was Super thin :-( Overall able to get better Prawn Mees out there :<

Saw this on a YouTube video awhile back and it looked so gooooood..... Old Amoy Chendol (~$2) really was packed with flavour, with different components adding different dimensions to the entire thing!π
.
Pandan worm jelly had a very strong Pandan flavour, azuki beans were really fresh and filling π I liked how the portions of all the ingredients (gula melaka, coconut milk) were not skimped bc of the price π₯₯

Didnβt expect to be amazed by a plate of charsiew rice.... but I really was... .
Charsiew rice with roasted pork belly (~$4.30) was worth the calories... π Charsiew was lean and roasted well, and THE BLACK SAUCE!!!!!! It was thick and sweet, really unlike many stalls which have the really fluid/ overly sweet Charsiew sauce. π π Sauce was ridiculously addictive π€€π

Prawn noodle with pork ribs (~$5) probably one of the more impressionable prawn noodles Iβve had.... π€π€ .
Broth was slightly too oily for my liking but it wasnβt too thick, enough to provide good flavouring and depth to the prawn noodles π² Portion was really generous, with 3 freshly peeled prawns and a sizeable amount of pork ribs.π
.
THE PORK RIBS OMG π€© The meat fell right off the bone, it was easy to eat, tender and leanππ This prawn noodles just amazes me...
