Dim Sum

One of our favourite items. Crispy on the outside and soft inside. 3 types of dipping sauce is available (soy sauce, vinegar and sweet chilli). Think this dish goes well with sweet chilli.

The carrot cake is simply good on its own (without the need to mix in eggs). Simple cook by pan frying it! The fact that this carrot cake contains Chinese sausage is a plus point as we used to have plain one and the taste could get so monotonic. 🤟

Burpple Beyond deal is applied to this one in the steam category (as it is the cheapest one compared to the other 3 steam ones we posted so far). The XLB is a pretty average one (forgettable dish) and we will skip this dish next time! 😏

Aesthetically appealing with crystal like looking. It tastes so yummy with all goodies packed inside. Another must order!

This steamed dim sum type is their signature. Taste so good with fish roe on top and the seaweed. Despite the fact that Burpple Beyond deal doesn’t include this dish, we get 2 baskets anyway to share among 4 persons. One dim sum basket contains 3 pcs and none want to miss this!!! 🤤👍

Decent quality dim sum. Har Gau skin and the filling taste are just right. The only thing we are just puzzled is that the price of each item on the menu & price on our receipt are not the same. Confusing price aside, we enjoy the quality of dim sum here.

Definitely a must try dessert dumpling. It really stands out compared to other desserts on the menu! 🤤🍫

Simple & clean broth works magic! Good bouncy wanton. We can’t fault this dish.👌

Another appetizer that we absolutely love. The oyster sauce might not fit a clean eating regime but there is an exception to every rules.😜

A must-order dish for duck lover. Crispy skin with thick enough slice of duck within the pastry. A really good appetizer

A hidden gem eatery with signature dishes. Not sure why it doesn’t have the same super long Q like in another famous dim sum place. It serves some amazing dishes that surpass our expectation. 👉
