Haven’t been back to Pasta Brava for ages. Quality is still the same as I remembered it to be. Aglio Olio is the standard pasta dish that I would order at any Italian restaurant usually. The Aglio Olio here did not fail, though some people might be shocked by how much olive oil the pasta was being soaked in. However the taste of the dish is very balanced and they are very generous with their clams. I would order this again next time I’m here.

Ordered my usual pasta dish - Prawn Aglio Olio. They serve it very Al Dente style. So if you like your noodles soft, then this may not be to your linking. If you like spicy, please remind them for more chilli.
