Came on a Salmon Madness Monday. Sashimi was fresh but do note they are thinner and almost half size of regular Sashimi from Japanese restaurants. But the salmon was fresh and fatty so we still enjoyed it. We had the Mentaiko Seafood Pasta and Salmon Aburi Udon. I’d say skip the Mentaiko Seafood Pasta, as it was more carbonara. Barely a hint of Mentaiko except for the pink colour which was quite disappointing. Salmon Aburi Udon was better but would appreciate more Mentaiko sauce. I’d say skip the mains, just come for the Sashimi. There were quite a few tables who bought sashimi and garlic fried rice instead, something I’d definitely do the next time I’m here. Service is prompt but a little curt (not rude, just not very friendly).
Hearty salads (recommend them beefy brothers) and pretty good açai bowl. There was a really helpful male Malay service staff who was helpful when we went at lunch on 4 Dec (Mon). However, the female cashier was quite rude when taking our orders which kinda dampened our mood. Not sure why we could only redeem 1 Burpple offer even though we came in a group of 6. This is not in line with Burpple Beyond T&Cs. So just FYI. 2nd floor is air conditioned and more chill.
Had the black garlic tonkatsu ramen. Great value for the set that comes with your own choice of tempura and drink. Good ambience to sit and talk too! Will be back to try their signatures

Decent bara bowls. Portion is small so we added up for salmon mentaiko sushi set. Service here is prompt. Do note that this place is quite squeezy, be careful not to knock down the chopstick holder like we did haha. Thankfully the staff was really nice about it.
