Pop by this coffee kiosk in the west wing lobby of Solaris @ Kallang 164 for a freshly brewed Hand Brew v60 ($6) and Matcha Latte ($5) for that midday perk-me-up. Made with sweet potato sauce with steamed milk, the creamy Sweet Potato Latte ($5) will be an instant hit with all your sweet tooth friends! For a refreshing take, their Earl Grey Strawberry Cold Brew Tea ($5.50) will be the savior on a sweltering, hot day.

3pm is coffee time for me. And I’m just pretty happy that there’s a coffee shop near my place. It’s not usually very crowded but there’s still a handful of customers who visit them for tea break and desserts. I think the only drawback is the lack of free wifi? I guess that’s to prevent people from studying at the cafe. Other than that, I’d visit this place for a quick coffee fix.

This makes for an iced coffee with a mega dose of caffeine - a delightful drink on a hot day. There’s also a decent scrambled eggs with cheese toast and some roasted tomatoes on the vine for $5. Opted for the Stasis blend for my cup of Flat White here today — the blend consists of beans from Brazil and Ethiopia and is said to carry floral, nutty and berry-like notes. A pretty creamy cuppa with a pretty light body that works as a soothing cup of coffee for the mid-day break. Their Flat White also seem to be one of the most wallet-friendly around — just $3.80 for this!

They totally nailed it. Loved the mocha, good ratio of chocolate, espresso and milk! And that mac n cheese, a good mix of several types of cheese giving it a rich and deep flavour ($15)! WORTH IT! Good portioning as it won’t get too “jelat”

This place’s not new to some but new to us 😬
Especially love the French Toast + Gashouse Eggs set. The big breakfast set is just “meh” - not quite worth the $.

A good cup of coffee is hard to make. Their coffee is aromatic. Latte (4.50), Iced cino (5.50) and Earl grey tea cake (3.00). Cosy cafe and limited seats inside. Most people ordered takeaway.

Banana loaf bread (~$4.50) was impressive since chunks of banana was found in the bread, and the bread wasn’t overly buttery and oily 🍞🍌 It was adequately moist and not too crumbly and a huge YUMZ

Sea salt Chocochip and Brown butter chocochip (~$3 for 2) leaned more towards the salty side, even the brown butter, imo nice but not Super great! 🍪🍪🍫
