The best meal that was discovered through Burpple was the high tea at The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental, Singapore (~$52 for two people after using Burpple). The sweet and savoury treats were not only fresh and delicious, but they were intricately decorated and filling at the same time! We also loved the tea and coffee that came with the high tea set. Love how Burpple makes it exciting yet affordable for people to try good food (with user-friendly interface to filter the location/ cuisine, etc)! Excellent food, excellent experiences. #HappyBurpDay

Churros waffles were incredibly good and an interesting twist on classic Belgian waffles. Loved how the waffles was fluffy on the inside but crispy outside. We opted for the avocado flavour ice cream which was creamy yet light. Will definitely be back for more of this delicious dessert!

Almond milk ($3.70) was very smooth and refreshing (can choose either cold or hot). We topped it with 3 glutinous rice balls (additional $1.40) that had peanut filling which complemented this dessert nicely.

Definitely worth trying since these soft fluffy pancakes were pretty unique. It went well with the maple syrup and cream that was served on the side but is best shared since the portion is rather big. They only serve these pancakes at specific timings at limited quantities (we were served at 2:30pm) so do check with the staff before getting a seat.

Really pretty cafe with a nice ambience to catch up with friends. Ordering coffee and eclairs were really worth it with burpple 1-For-1. They had a rather large range of eclair flavours to choose from - the eclairs were a bit sweet but still very satisfying. Definitely worth trying, especially for those who have a sweet tooth!

Ordered the ice cream platter as well as the pastry platter. The ice cream was nice and rich but the different flavours were pretty similar (all chocolate based). Pastry was interesting to try but goes better with the ice cream - it’s quite rich and sweet so it’s best to share with someone!

I’m always a fan of awfully chocolate and decided to try their dark chocolate praline cake. However, I personally didn’t like this as much as the signature chocolate cake but I guess people who like nuts would enjoy it better. Cake was rich and moist, while the chocolate coating was smooth and delicious.

Cake was pretty good but would preferred if it was served at a warmer temperature. Ice cream was alright (perhaps I’m not really a fan of vanillas as well) but it went well with the cake.

Typical acai bowl - loved the variety of fruits and how it’s extremely icy. There was a nice crunch due to the granola as well.

Have been a fan of Awfully chocolate cake for many years and the cake standard is still very high! The chocolate is rich but not too sweet while the texture of the cake is very soft and moist. Cake can be personalized with birthday words or decorations. Love the new takeaway packaging as well (not in picture)!

Perfect for any matcha fans! Would’ve preferred a larger portion because it’s really delicious and goes really well with the ice cream topped with nuts.

I’m not really a fan of banana, coconut flakes or nut butter but this turned out as a pretty good combination! This size is more worth it compared to the smaller portion and it’s good for sharing. Personally, I really liked how the nut butter and crunch went well with the smooth cocoa açai base!
