Char-broiled chicken served with pasta and fruit salad. Chicken was well marinated and pasta was alright (not as tasty and a bit soggy for my liking). Loved the refreshing fruit salad that came with it.

Love how this dish was served piping hot with generous amounts of cheese. The chicken was well seasoned and goes well together with the rice and sauce.

Total meal cost $96++. Honestly expected the food to be better but the brunch was pretty average. Truffle croquet madame came with fries but couldn’t really taste the truffle in the sauce. However, the pancakes ($20++) were really tasty, aesthetic and is best for sharing as a dessert. Coffee was alright (ordered a flat white and matcha latte at $7++).

Had brunch here - best to make reservations since it was pretty crowded but they managed to accommodate us. Personally, the food was alright and rather expensive for what you get. The croissant was good though - it was soft and fluffy (though rather pricey compared to other bakeries of the same standard). The ambience and service was good.

Seafood was pretty generous (clams, squid, prawn) but the broth was not as rich as we would like it to be. Laksa noodles were springy and had a nice texture to it.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday (candles brought by us) and we really love the ice cream! The ice cream was icy (you could taste ice bits) but the flavours were really good and rich. The waffle had a surprisingly bitter aftertaste though (not sure if it’s just for our batch of waffles yesterday).

The mains come with 2 sides, where I ordered the sweet potato fries and tom yam pasta salad. The sauce for the chicken cordon bleu was good, sweet potato fries are highly recommended, while the tom yam pasta salad was pretty interesting to try. Love how this cafe always innovates with different fusion flavours!

Duck was very tender and the plum sauce went well with the gravy and mash potatoes! Skin was crispy and tasty.

Waffles with chicken was surprisingly a good combination! The spicy chicken tasted like hot sauce (good for those who like spicy flavours) and the slaw included apple which was refreshing! Pretty pricey but worth it under Burpple Beyond’s 1-for-1!

Jaffles (Fowl’s Play, Nice to Meat You) was very flavourful and the poached egg & cheese goes really well with the bread. Truffle fries was nice but slightly salty - it’s good for sharing since the meal is extremely filling. Coffee was recommended by a friend ... the taste was pretty rich and not too sweet.

Mushroom aglio olio flavour is not as strong compared to aglio olio from other places, so this is more ideal for those who prefer mild flavours. The Oyakodon is a rice bowl served with egg, meat and some chili powder on top - for people who prefer stronger flavours.

Good coffee - the cappuccino was a huge and came with a biscuit while the latte was not too sweet.
