I think the soft serve wasn’t creamy enough and the mouth feel felt slightly rough and grainy. However I liked how it isn’t too sweet. The taste of hojicha was not prominent enough even tho the ice cream was saturated with hojicha essence. This is probably because there was nothing to accentuate it, and hojicha by itself was just a muted bitterness.
Fish was tender and the layer of skin was crisp and refreshing. The ratatouille was tasty and complemented the fish. As it was a semi buffet, there were free flow salad, soup and dessert. Really loved the salad bar because of how fresh the vegetables were and the large variety of topping :). And of course the view was FANTASTIC!! I recommend to come before sunset bc the view can’t be seen after :(
What I like about udders is how safe it is. Maybe not the most innovative ice cream joint but you will definitely leave the shop with happy tummies and satisfied palettes. The waffle was delicious too, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. YUMMY :))
The ice cream is really sooo creamy and delicious. I really appreciate how it isn’t too sweet and jialat. I recommend the waffle over the ice cream cone even if it costs more. :)) would definitely come back again (when I’m feeling rich)
I personally really loved the contrast between the creamy bitter chocolate ganache and the acidity of the raspberry sorbet. Little bits of biscuits also gave the dessert an extra crunch, adding to the texture of the dish.
