This is a popular item. I like that the unagi is nicely cooked. But as with all unagi, do expect small fine ones when eating. However, the whole meal is very satisfying

This was rated to be the best seller. Indeed, there is a certain attraction to this dish. Its really quite good.
Ordered using burpple beyond. This main also comes with salad, hot/cold green tea as well as clam miso soup.

The yolk needs to be mix in as soon as the dish is served and I love the pork belly. It’s delish and the sauce that comes with it, pairs well together. Would definitely try other dry ramen/soba again

I forgot what’s the name of this, but it’s a satisfying dish, with assorted tempura. Amount is nice for one pax and drinks come to a nominal amount that is refillable

The pork shogayaki lunch set in Sen of Japan is more of a value for money than burpple 1-1 actually. It comes with appetiser, salad, tempura and fruits. Also, just top up $3 for free flow/refill of hot geeen tea. This lunch set values at $29 on weekday. Much much more worth it!!

This is one of the chef’s recommendation. Somehow cod size is abit small now. Nonetheless, it’s still well cooked..

The noodles are cold and you can choose to add on Ebi for 3 pieces at an additional cost. But better to add for more flavour. Dipping bowl /sauce for udon is only a small amount. But using 1-1 from burpple Beyond, this is still reasonable

One of the signatures in this outlet, it’s a must try with other good such as teppanyaki and takoyaki. Went there for lunch and there was already a crowd. It shows how popular this place is. Recommend it for gatherings with friends/family who enjoy seeing their food cooked in-front of you.

Flame-seared unagi, anago, crab meat, cucumber, pickled radish, shredded chilli peppers and sweet spicy sauce. This sushi is really yummy too! The pairings of ginger and wasabi are spot on.

This hand-battered seawater eel is so so good! It’s delicate and sweet flesh with its crispy coating won us over. My new favourite now for tempura.

An excellent dish. This was well worth the penny, as the cod simply melts in your mouth. Plating is beautiful and stays true to the picture. Highly recommend!
