Roasted Duck

Thanks to DXE for the takeaway promo during this Phase 2 HA. Ordered the Angelica Herb Roasted Duck (whole), Vinegar Pork Trotter (large), and stir fried Venison. The sauces were cooked/boiled using authentic herbs and the meat was fabulous!

$16 for the whole duck! I was surprised at the price drop (I previously bought it at $19; still a very value-for-money priced duck)!
Then I noted “new sauce” print. So, I think it could be a Low price entry point to test consumers’ response first.

I found this new recipe saltier than the previous; little too salty for my liking. Other than that, the meat was still tender. 👍

Came to try their duck. Shared their signature whole roasted duck between 2 of us. We were impressed with the flavourful and tenderness of the duck meat! It was so delicious that we finished it easily (we thought we might not be able to finish the whole duck). 👍
