It was the soup of the day. We bought the one for 2-4 person. Broth was full of flavour and the flesh of the pork rib was tender and fell of the bones easily.
My go to dish every time I visit Soup Restaurant. It’s a must get! The chicken is so tender, and the skin is one of my favourite parts! Adding the ginger just takes it to a whole new level!
