Chinese Cravings
Crispy Chicken Bun ($7.90). Don't think too much about the name because who would have thought that Taiwanese fried chicken could pair so well with a steamed bun. The orange slivers in the middle is actually mango salad which helps cut away that oil from the fried chicken.

Despite how fiery the dishes look, I feel that the chinese peppers being utilized adds good flavour rather than overpowering the dish with heat.
