Fried rice has good wok hei and you can clearly taste each and every single grain as you eat.

Grilled bun with fillings! Supposed to be a street food but we didn't see it anywhere. Let's just say its so good, we went back for it when we were in the area again. -
Instead, we found it at the Mixt Chatuchak (@mixtchatuchak) Food court!.

At 20 Baht each, the bun's exterior was grilled to perfection while maintaining the fluffy softness of the bread within. The fillings were also rich (v gao) and delicious.

We had the Thai Milk Tea, Milo and Pandan Kaya.

We ordered the Pacemaker which is from Colombia La Florida and Ethiopia Duramina. The taste profile is Full body with low acidity and notes of Dark Chocolate and Cherry Ripe! Love how smooth the coffee is.

We enjoyed the coffee and toast most. Can give the sweets a miss 😋. The brownie tasted more like a sponge cake than a brownie.
The burnt cheese cake is not really burnt.

With a rating so high on Google maps that we decided that we must pay a visit 😏. -
We ordered the Uncle.Tim which was Vodka, Elderflower, Lychee, Lime, Apple and Egg White.

We love how pretty and smooth the drink is. There was also a underlying crust within the drink which was a surprise. This is pretty refreshing with Lychee and lime but balanced with Elderfruit and Apple. -
Tim.Sum was Rum with Lychee, Chrysanthemum and Lime. You can taste the notes of the Chrysanthemum even with the rest of the ingredients.

Overall, we liked that it was very very quiet but serving up excellent cocktails with a nice vibe.

The beef stripes were lightly seasoned, juicy with rich beef taste and cooked to perfection.

The brown sauce added a different dimension to the taste.

Conveniently located in Siam area, there are queues forming at every meal time.

We queued for about 15 mins at around 6pm.

Their clear Tom Yum Soup is the best out of all the restaurants that we have tried! Definitely a must order.

We started with the chicke wing. Don't be deceived by the presentation, this is so good. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the itself. Very well seasoned and addictive 🤭.

Decided to try one of the top restaurants of 2019 located @centralworld - Laem Charoen Seafood!.

Not sure if the fish was on discount but it was about 199baht and bigger than my face 🤭. But the important thing is that it is really very tender and fresh! The light soy sauce compliments the dish well.

The Squid with roe is also worth a try but it is a tad too salty for us.

The Crab Fried Rice is a must try! We love the wok hei-ful fried rice with decent chunks of crab meat.

Claypot Tang Hoon came with 4 flower crab claws which were all really sweet, fresh and soft.

Morning Glory was pretty standard.

Maybe skip the Tom Yum Soup, it was quite creamy and doesn't really have the usual kick.

In total, we spent about 2,500 baht or $112 for 4 pax. It is slightly pricey but it is within the comfort and convenience of the mall.

They have other outlets around. Definitely worth a try 😋

This place is so popular that some of their cakes were sold out by 8pm and we could only choose from what is left.

Their cakes are light and not too sweet. I would say the standard is something like Antoniette but better. The galaxy cake wasn't too sweet and neither was it too sticky. It was a smooth texture that was enjoyable.

For all the cakes, the sponge was light and fluffy and overall, all the cream were not too sweet. We can see why this shop is so popular. Thai Milk Tea cake is mildly sweet with the fragrance of tea and a tad of bitter tea taste.

However, the servers were kinda lazy or perhaps didn't think through their customer service. We ordered the cake to dine in and it came with the plastic wrapping around the cake. Hmmm. Am I expected to eat the plastic...

I used to order the Thai Milk Tea but the Thai Tea (without milk) also has its charm. It is less sweet, a little astringent and refreshing 👌
