Sweets For The Soul 🍰🍨
Tried their magical MATCHA GÂTEAU MAGIQUE and it was truly magic in your mouth 🧚🏼♀️ it was 3 distinct layers of soft fudge, velvety custard and airy chiffon. Served with a quenelle of matcha cookies and cream gelato, sprinkled with matcha crumble
Melt-in-your-mouth goodness 🤤 hot thick custard below the caramelised top was so comforting, especially recommended for rainy daysss
Croissants were sold out, so tried the mochi donut and $15 for this was not worth it 😤
Too pretty to eat, but very delicious hehe. Passionfruit flavour is my fav! The mini size is actually great for sharing bcos u can try small bites of every flavour while saving on the calories. They make great gifts since they are so exquisite and cute all at once
I surprisingly loved the Pandan egg tarts a lot even though I heard it was overrated 😳 the durian-cheese tarts were a no from me. The durian is undeniably good quality, but it just doesn’t sit well with the salty tart base 🤭
This didn’t live up to the hype for me. Cannot beat the OG After You. However to give credit, the toast was perfectly.. toasted (lol) bcos it was crunchy outside and soft and fluffy inside. But this was way too much for 2 pax to share after 2 mains 🥲
Came here for the pastas, coffee and cream puff, and the puff won the photo spot hands down 😂 the cream was a rich, cold, not-too-sweet custard cream filling that had a consistency somewhere between thick custard and melted ice cream. The puff was a well-baked choux pastry with a crunchy shell and chewy insides that grounded the richness of the cream. This puff was about 1.5x the size of my fist and goes for $6, worth it for the quality imo.
Shoutout to great service from the lady waitress in the black dragon shirt near the kitchen who shared with us that we could pre-order our cream puffs since we were dining in. So different from the bochup attitude from the pink ponytail guy waiter at the register who turned customers away saying “puffs sold out” without letting them know that they were baking new batches. Why ah??
Damn their waffles deserve a stand-alone post. I love the batter, its exactly how I love my waffles! They were on the sweeter side, but were so so fluffy n the vanilla taste was rly pronounced. We paired it with Anderson choc mint ice cream and it was perf 👌🏻👌🏻 the seasalt butter n maple syrup were great too, will try it plain next time! Too many options 😂
This amazing mille crepe stole my breath, only green hearts for this 💚💚💚
The base is shaved milk ice that was unexpected, quite yums! Choc ice cream was a letdown because it felt like they used the cheapest one they could find, and they could have done better given that this was a $20 dessert bowl
Lychee raspberry was refreshing, chocolate sorbet was pure bittersweet decadence. The earl grey waffle cone was delicious but quite disappointed that the choc sorbet was melting through the cone in less than 10mins ☹️
Think thick dark chocolate filling paired with a crumbly tart base... I very much prefer the dark chocolate tart over the pistachio and hazelnut flavours. Really rare to get bean to bar in sg #supportlocal 😋
